How To Maximize Brain
- Physical Exercise, so oxygen supply in the brain always available.
- Breakfast, provide energy to start a new day, and improve concentration and performance.
- Reading, find the new things from books at library or bookstore.
- Teaching Others, teaching people with the knowledge we have everytime.
- Mind Concentration, don't multitasking do focus.
- Taking Notes, use iPad, NoteBook, etc to save our ideas every time it shows up.
- Sleeping Enough, there is a study conducted at the University of California, sometimes parents are easier to forget, while children better memories when learning. Because, often the old man did not enough sleep, while the children did.
