How Wisely We Manage Time in Our Life

Meditation / Pray (keep in touch with GOD first) 

Simple Exercise like Jogging, Push Up, Sit Up, etc 

Planning / Prioritizing whole day in our gadget before we start a day like create to do list, etc 

Always bring Pen & small notes (write any Ideas that come out suddenly) 

Eat Healthy Food not fast food, because your life is more important than your money  

In the end of day, review and Evaluate our life what must be improved
